Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original BURGA packaging, ensuring all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
